Product Lead Time
Please our products are made to order. Every item has a different lead time, specified at the bottom of the product description on the individual product page.
Once an item ships, it should arrive in 2-3 business days within the United States, and 5-10 business days internationally. If your purchase is a gift and you will not receive it in time, please email info@jandfjewelry.com and we can send an email with a gift notification to the recipient, informing them that a J & F jewelry gift is on its way!
If you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested via email.
Payments
We accept bank wire transfer. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece.
Cleaning & Care
J & F Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:
Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as - showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat on a fabric surface to avoid tangling and/or scratching.
For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
Every now and then put a drop of Olive Oil in the top moving part as well as the inside area where the lever of the clasp is. Wipe excess of with a clean soft cloth.
To fully remove tarnish and any stains on your silver or plated jewelry, we recommend using any anti-tarnish silver polish that can be found at your local supermarket or drugstore. Some brands that we have found to be effective include Tarn-X and Hagerty. Be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle and to always wear gloves when working with silver polish.
To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds.
RETURN POLICY
Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order as a unique, wearable work of art. Because of the custom nature of our creations, we do not keep items in stock and therefore cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or a defect in craftsmanship—please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TOGETHER WITH YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION, THE “AGREEMENT”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN J & F JEWELRY (“WE”) AND YOU. BY PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH US, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE TERM “PRODUCT” MEANS THE ITEMS DESCRIBED IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under the terms of this Agreement, the Product. We must accept all orders and are not obligated to sell Product to you until we have accepted your order. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email.
Prices
All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on our website – jandfjewelry.com, or otherwise communicated on our social media accounts or elsewhere are subject to change without notice. The price charged for the Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set forth in your Sales Order. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling or value-added taxes, custom fees or similar charges assessed in foreign countries (“International Charges”), for which you are responsible. Shipping and handling charges and International Charges (if applicable) are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of the Product. All such taxes and charges will be added to the total price for the Product and will be set forth on your Sales Order. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
Shipment
We will arrange for shipment of the Product to you. You will pay all nternational Charges (if applicable) specified on your Sales Order. Title to the Product passes to you upon our transfer of the Products to the carrier for delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We will insure all shipments of the Products from loss or damage that occurs during shipping. You must open all packages immediately upon receipt of the Product to verify that the Product is undamaged.
If the Product is damaged, you must make a claim with us within twenty four (24) hours of the delivery date. To make a claim, please contact info@jandfjewelry.com. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in our performance under this Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, lockouts, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to our workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.
Notices
We may provide any notice to you under this Agreement by sending a message to the email address you provide to us. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current. To give us notice under this Agreement, you must contact us as follows: (i) by email transmission to info@jandfjewelry.com; or (ii) by personal delivery, overnight courier, or registered or certified mail to J & F Jewelry 8569 Holloway Drive No.2 West Hollywood Ca 90069. Notices provided by personal delivery will be effective immediately. Notices provided by email transmission or overnight courier will be effective one business day after they are sent. Notices provided by registered or certified mail will be effective three business days after they are sent.

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
J & F Jewelry offers free shipping on all orders. To protect your jewelry package, all orders are insured via our secondary jewelry insurance shipping provider, Jewelers Mutual.
All jewelry shipments require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested via email.
If a shipment is returned by the carrier to J & F Jewelry after multiple delivery attempts, the original purchaser will be contacted and is responsible for the reshipping fees.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. If an item does not appear to ship internationally, please email info@jandfjewelry.com, with the style name and we will do our best to accommodate your purchase. Please note that items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize J & F Jewelry to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item. If you refuse a shipment from J & F Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to J & F Jewelry.
